Bounce was founded in November of 2016 by a group of friends who came together with a single goal in mind - build community through fitness. Our small-scale workouts quickly grew to 50 attendees regularly, with sessions as large as 120.
Bounce organically evolved and became a lively communal environment where individuals not only challenged themselves physically, but also built lasting personal and professional relationships while contributing to the local community.
In 2017, Bounce added premiere trainers and workouts expanded from San Francisco to Oakland. BounceSF broadened its breadth of social experiences through increased brunches, community service, organized trips and much more.
Today, Bounce serves a vibrant community of over 800+ members through free high intensity interval training workouts in the Bay Area.
